The treatments

Cosmeceutical facial menu, built around active ingredients.

This is not your standard facial. Our advanced menu bypasses superficial beauty trends to deliver evidence-based, medical-grade skin correction. By uniquely combining Ultraceuticals active cosmeceuticals with structural Osteolifting techniques, we work from the deep facial foundations up—redefining your features while rebuilding long-term skin health. Each treatment opens with a skin consultation: we look at hydration, barrier function, pigmentation, lines and texture, then build the protocol for the day.

What is Osteo Lifting?

Osteo lifting is a facial massage technique that works with the underlying bones, muscles, fascia and lymphatic system to naturally lift, sculpt and contour the face — boosting circulation and drainage for a firmer, more defined look over time.

Experience the ultimate skin and structural reset. This deeply restorative journey begins with a meticulous deep cleanse to purify and prep the skin, followed by a high-performance Ultraceuticals vitamin infusion driven by advanced bt-micro fusion ultrasonic technology to drench the cells in potent nutrients. We seamlessly blend this advanced cellular care with targeted microcurrent therapy to effortlessly tone and lift the facial muscles, alongside manual Osteolifting techniques that melt away tension, promote lymphatic drainage, and beautifully sculpt your contours. Concluding with an indulgent targeted mask, soothing eye treatment, and pristine finishing care, this is the perfect introduction to our clinic or an essential monthly ritual. Select from our 40, 60, or 90-minute treatment options.

Dermaplanning

Dermaplanning Facial.

A non-invasive cosmetic procedure that uses a sterile, medical-grade surgical scalpel to gently scrape off the top layer of dead skin cells and fine facial hair (vellus hair, or "peach fuzz").

Our dermaplanning is combined with an Ultraceuticals facial protocol including double cleanse and prep, dermaplanning, B² hydration infusion paired with cooling steam, mask and massage, and finishing steps including anti-oxidants and Ultra SPF 50. Fresh, smooth, radiant skin revealed.

Highly recommended pairing:

Dermaplanning offers multiple benefits include enhanced exfoliation, better product absorption, and flawless makeup application. By removing the uppermost layer of dead skin and debris, it brightens a dull complexion and improves overall texture. Skincare products and serums can penetrate the skin more efficiently since they no longer bypass a barrier of dead cells.

Refines rough & coarse skin texture, treats uneven skin tone & sallow discolouration, refines enlarged pores & clears mild Congestion, and repairs weakened skin barrier.

The results

Some clients see results after a single session; others benefit from a series of four to eight. For maximum, long-term results we recommend six to eight sessions every fortnightly, followed by 4-6 weekly maintenance thereafter. Clearer, calmer, brighter, firmer, the Maison Montclair glow is real.

Three- and six-session packages are available, redeemable from your first visit. We recommend customising your peel selection each session to target different concerns, based on your personalised professional plan.

Peels · FAQ

Good to know.

What is a chemical peel?

A chemical peel uses clinical-grade acids, such as glycolic, lactic, salicylic or mandelic, to gently exfoliate the skin's surface and accelerate cell renewal, revealing smoother, clearer, brighter skin underneath. Ours are strength-matched to your skin and designed for minimal downtime.

Will the peel hurt, and is there downtime?

Ultraceuticals peels are generally comfortable, non-aggressive and pain-free. Depending on the strength you may feel minor tingling, with temporary redness or mild flaking for a few days. Many, like the PHA peel, are "lunchtime peels" you can return to your routine straight after.

How should I prep my skin?

Most peels need no heavy preparation, but avoid waxing, tweezing, laser and harsh corrective serums for about 5 days beforehand. Always tell us if you're using prescription retinoids, as we may advise pausing them temporarily.

Cosmetic Injectables: Wait at least 72 hours after anti-wrinkle injections or dermal fillers before booking.

Lasers or IPL: Do not have any light-based or laser therapies on the face for 2 weeks prior to a peel.

Recent Facial Surgery: Skin must be fully recovered, often requiring a 6-month waiting period or physician clearance.

Medi Peels aftercare
  • Resume active skincare (retinol, AHA/BHA, vitamin C in high concentration) after 5-7 days.
  • Apply SPF 30+ daily.
  • Use only the products in your prescribed at-home protocol during the recovery window, including gentle cleanser, Ultraceuticals B² Hydrating Serum, and Ultraceuticals recovery cream or calming moisturisers for the first 5 days.
  • Expect light to no flaking from day three to day five after a peel. Your skin does not need to flake in order for the peel to work.
  • Full peel postcare and healing.

How many treatments will I need?

For optimal, lasting results we usually recommend a course rather than a one-off: typically three to six peels spaced fortnightly then every 4-6 weeks thereafter, depending on your skin and goals.

How to choose between lumi bright peel and Ultra brightening acclerator peel?

Choose the Ultra Lumi-Bright Peel if:

  • You have stubborn melasma, distinct age or sun spots, and your primary goal is pigment removal. The entire formulation is heavily focused on stopping melanin production, it contains Tranexamic Acid, which specifically calms down hyper-reactive pigment pathways, and it targets isolated, highly concentrated areas of sun damage.
  • Choose the Ultra Brightening Accelerator Peel if:

  • Your skin feels rough or coarse, with widespread, uniform dullness, and mild pore congestion. The added Salicylic Acid (BHA) dissolves surface texture and refines the skin's surface, restore a healthy glow across the whole face, and the formula cleans out sebum and debris from inside the pores while brightening complexion.
  • To maximise and maintain the results of your Ultra Lumi-Bright or Ultra Brightening Accelerator Peel, the best at-home Ultraceuticals products are the Ultra Brightening Serum mild or intense, Ultra Brightening Foaming Cleanser, and Ultra UV Protective Daily Moisturiser SPF 50.

Core Benefits of Ultraceuticals Peels Over Lasers & IPL
  • Peels use a non-thermal, chemical delivery system that removes pigment without heat that can activate melanocytes cells. Devices like IPL generate intense thermal energy, which frequently triggers melanocytes, causing conditions like melasma or post-inflammatory hyperpigmentation (PIH) to rebound and darken.
  • They are universally safety for darker skin tones. Light-based devices cannot always distinguish between a dark spot and the naturally high melanin content in olive or deep skin (Fitzpatrick types IV–VI). This increases risk of surface burns, scarring, or permanent white spots (hypopigmentation). Ultraceuticals peels apply uniformly and safely across all skin complexions.
  • Peels stimulate both hydration and barrier repair. Lasers intentionally wound or dehydrate the skin to force cell renewal. Conversely, Ultraceuticals peels feature Alpha Hydroxy Acids (like Lactic Acid) which mimic the skin’s Natural Moisturizing Factor (NMF). They slough away damaged surface layers while actively pulling water into the new skin barrier.
  • Peels offer minimal or zero "social downtime". Laser resurfacing can leave the skin raw, swollen, or crusting for over a week, while IPL turns brown spots into highly visible "coffee ground" flakes.
  • Ultraceuticals clinical peels combine multiple active ingredients—like Retinol, Niacinamide, and AHAs/BHAs—allowing them to simultaneously treat acne, deep wrinkles, dehydration, and dullness in a single 30-minute session. A laser typically targets only one target at a time (e.g., pigment or collagen).
  • Contraindications

It is not recommended for people with the following conditions to receive a peel:

  • Roaccutane / Isotretinoin: must be completely finished with this medication for at least 6 months before a peel.
  • Active rosacea flares, eczema, psoriasis, or dermatitis in the treatment area.
  • The high-performance Ultra A-Zyme Power Renewal Peel is strictly contraindicated during pregnancy, lactation, or while trying to conceive.
  • Open wounds or infections on the treatement area, includes weeping skin, open acne lesions, or active cold sores (Herpes Simplex).
  • Sunburned skin. Your skin must be fully healed and out of the sun before chemical application.
  • Medical History: Active cancer or undergoing radiation therapy within the past 6-12 months. A doctor's consent is required.
  • Which peel is right for me?

The best way to know is a consultation with one of our skin professionals, who'll match the peel to your complexion and concerns. For a course of peels we usually customise different types of peels during each treatment to target your skin concerns.

Skin Types Requiring Intensive Barrier Prep
  • Severely dehydrated skin. This skin feels tight and has visible fine dehydration lines. It requires hydration prep so it does not overabsorb the peel solution.
  • Chronically Dry Skin. This skin frequently exhibits rough texture, flaking, or a dull surface appearance.
  • Over-exfoliated or sensitised Skin. Skin that has been stripped by excessive home use of prescription retinoids, harsh facial scrubs, or strong over-the-counter acids.
  • Erythema or rosacea-prone skin. Skin that flashes red, flushes easily, or experiences regular stinging and warmth. This indicates a baseline level of chronic inflammation.
  • Weather-damaged skin. Skin suffering from environmental barrier depletion due to extreme winter cold, dry indoor heating, or recent windburn.
  • The Ultraceuticals pre-peel barrier recovery routine: If you fall into any of the categories above, your dermal clinician will usually put you on a 2 to 4-week barrier-rehab protocol before booking your first high-performance peel.

  • Pause the use of all active home care serums (such as high-strength Glycolic, Salicylic, or Retinol products) to give the skin an uninterrupted chance to rest and reset.
  • Switch to a mild, pH-balanced cleanser like the Ultra Calming Cleanser. Wash only with lukewarm water, as hot water strips crucial surface lipids.
  • Apply a deeply hydrating, water-binding serum like the Ultra B² Hydrating Serum morning and night to restore water balance.
  • Lock in that hydration and reconstruct the lipid matrix using Ultra Calming Moisturiser Cream or Ultra B² Recovery Cream, both of which are packed with barrier-mimicking ceramides and soothing panthenol.
  • Once your barrier is strong, you can safely progress to receive a peel.
