Please avoid aspirin, NSAIDs, Vitamin E, fish oil and St John's Wort — these can thin the blood and increase bruising or bleeding during treatment. If you are on a prescription blood-thinning medication, do not stop taking it without consulting your doctor first.
Discontinue retinoids, benzoyl peroxide, and AHAs/BHAs on the treatment area
No waxing, depilatory creams or electrolysis on the treatment area

Please arrive with clean, makeup-free skin, and stay well hydrated in the days leading up to your appointment.
A Note on Cold Sores
If you have a history of cold sores or Herpes Simplex, please let us know before your appointment. Microneedling can trigger an outbreak even in dormant cases, and antiviral medication is often recommended beforehand as a precaution.
